Generalizations can create freedom, but they could also create limitation. Let me be clear, generalizing beliefs can be the ultimate trap.
Whenever you adopt a belief like "I'm never wrong" or "I'm always right", you begin to limit your ability to connect with others, you begin to limit your ability to learn from others, and you begin to limit your ability to receive from others.
